Order Fulfillment Process

We provide professional web development services, including website builds, edits, and maintenance. Our fulfillment process is as follows:

  • Project Agreement: We confirm project details, scope, timeline, and payment terms before starting work.
  • Delivery Timeline: Small edits are typically completed within 3-5 business days, while full website builds may take 4-8 weeks.
  • Completion & Handover: Upon completion, we deliver all necessary files, credentials, and optional training materials.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. However, refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • If work has not yet started and the request is made within 7 days of payment.
  • If we are unable to fulfill the service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services before work begins for a full refund. Once work has started, partial refunds may be considered based on work completed. Monthly retainer services require a 30-day notice for cancellation.
